So, for all of you mathematicians out there, it seems like it’s an item on par with Bullet Bill or the infamous Blue Shell: the farther you are behind in a race, the more likely your chances are to obtain the power-up. Sounds like the same ol’ Mario Kart game we’ve all grown up with, eh? So, the question remains: what does Mario Kart 7 bring to the series? Plenty as a matter of fact!Īs you all may have known already, the introduction of the “7” power-up is an arsenal with the potential to change up the game: if you can obtain this rare item, you’ll be granted 7 various items that you can use at your disposal! To start off, once you fire up Mario Kart 7, you’re given three modes to choose from: Single Player mode, Local Multiplayer mode, and Online Multiplayer mode, each of which have their own different styles of play. So, quick question: how many of you have played Mario Kart Wii? If you’re one of the millions of players out there that picked that game up, you may/may not have enjoyed the experience.
